By registering with Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. you agree to have Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. charge you a non-refundable $0.99 verification fee plus applicable taxes from your credit card or debit card on file. Additional non-refundable $0.99 verification fee plus applicable taxes will be required if you need to update any changes to your credit or debit card information on file.

At the time of registration, you agree to grant Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. access to your debit or credit card you register with for automatic debit of a buyers premium/fee once you win a bid on our Self-Service Auctions platform, unless specified otherwise in our Terms and Conditions.

You can choose to pay for your purchases on our website. You can also choose to pay at our physical location. We accept Cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Certified Company Cheque and bank draft. All items/units/equipment purchased must be paid within three working days inclusive of the closing date of the online auction in which your offer was accepted or you placed the winning bid and picked up within five working days of online sale closing. If an item/unit/equipment is not paid for and picked up by the deadline, Little Boy DD Auctions will charge the payment to the user’s card on file without prior notification for an amount equal to the full amount of the buyer’s winning bid plus listed transaction fee and any applicable sales tax and title transfer fees. If an item/unit/equipment is not paid in full, you consent to authorize Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. to debit your credit or debit card on file for making up the balance owing without verification of signature or pin number. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. reserves the right to charge a non-refundable deposit on outstanding accounts of up to 10% of the balance owing and reserves the right to ask for compensation. Item or title transfer will only be released when the payment is made in full. This fee is 15% (minimum $20 charge) of the sale price of the items being restocked, plus applicable taxes.

By using littleboyauction.com, you agree that all items/units/equipment are sold on an AS IS basis. The descriptions of all items is a general overview based on a visual inspection only. We will try our best to accurately describe each item/unit/equipment with clear photos. Personal inspection of items/units/equipment is encouraged. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. is not held liable for any deficiencies or faults of any item/unit/equipment regardless of the circumstances.

If the reserve price of an item/unit/equipment has not been met, the winning bidder/buyer will be notified by email telling them whether or not their offer is accepted by our seller/consignor within 48 hours. Once accepted, you must complete the transaction with no exceptions.

If an item/unit/equipment is subject to redemption, the listing of that item/unit/equipment might be revoked during the auction sale by the financial institution or legal counsel. But once the purchase is done, the winning bidder/buyer will have the 100% ownership of the item/unit/equipment with no exceptions. For clear title, it could take as long as three weeks to complete lien/encumbrance release.

Fees will be charged to bidders/buyers upon the services they use on the littleboyauction.com,for instance, buyers premium/fee, 3% fee for use of credit card to pay for purchases, applicable taxes, duties, title transfer fees, assessment fees, storage fees, administration fees, etc. Bidders/Buyers acknowledge that Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. would charge a buyers premium/fee based on the selling price of each lot. The way how Angel Auctions work is the same as that of DD Auctions. The only difference is Angel Auctions is a platform where Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. offers free auction services for consigned items/units/equipment from caring people, volunteers, socially responsible companies, churches, charities, non-profit organizations, etc. and donates all sale proceeds from Angel Auctions to the designated church, charity or non-profit organization. The amount you would like to bid must be greater than the current bid price and consistent with the current bid increments. If an auction has no bids, and you enter a maximum bid of $88.00, your current bid is $68.00 and if nobody else bids, you will win the auction for $68.00.
If another bidder bids $78.00, we will automatically increase your bid to $83.00 if the bid increment is $5.
If another bidder bids $93.00(or higher), you have been outbid and will be notified via email.

As a bidder/buyer, you can choose to increase your automatic maximum bid at any time before the auction for that item/unit/equipment closes. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. will never exceed your maximum bid. All unreserved items/units/equipment are sold to the highest bidder when the time left hits 0d 0h 0m 0s regardless of the bid price. A reserve price is the minimum amount of price our consignor/seller sets for their consigned item/unit/equipment and not disclosed to bidders/buyers. Once the final bid price is lower than the reserve price, consignor/seller will have 3 options to choose: 1) accept the final bid of that specific item/unit/equipment; 2) relist the item/unit/equipment; 3) withdraw the item/unit/equipment from listing. As a bidder/buyer, you will be notified via emails every time when: 1) you are currently the high bidder; 2) you have been outbid; 3) you have won the auction; 4) you are the highest bidder but the reserve price has not been met; 5) an invoice is ready for you to pay; 6) there is a pickup or payment reminder for you, etc. Most items/units/equipment are subject to a 12% buyers premium/fee to a max of $1100 per lot unless otherwise specified on each lot. Your account will be reactivated when you pay off the amount owed to Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. Or your buyers premium percentage will be increased for your future transactions with us at Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd’s sole discretion.

You visit our Self-Service Auctions page to view auctions by checking categories, recently posted auctions or closing soon auctions. Auctions in Self-Service Auctions are all created by any Little Boy DD Auctions registered user. Once you have found an item/unit/equipment you want to bid on, you will have all the detailed information on the item/unit/equipment bidding page. Make sure you have read and understood it before you place a bid. You can ask the seller as maximum as 3 questions for the item/unit/equipment you want to bid on provided that the seller is willing to answer questions. But both bidder’s and seller’s personal contact information must be exchanged after a buyers premium/fee is automatically debited for winning an auction. Therefore, both buyer and seller must not share personal contact information which would be detected and shielded in the messages sent to each other during the auction process. The amount you would like to bid must be greater than the current bid price and consistent with the current bid increments. All auctions begin at a price not lower than $3 by default in Self-Service Auctions. A reserve price is the minimum amount of price a seller sets for their item/unit/equipment and not disclosed to bidders/buyers. Once the final bid price is lower than the reserve price, you will receive a “ Reserve not met” message.  This means that even if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you might not win the item/unit/equipment. It will depend on whether or not the seller will accept your offer at last. All unreserved items/units/equipment are sold to the highest bidder when the time left hits 0d 0h 0m 0s regardless of the bid price.  You can initiate the Buy It Now option to win that specific item if the option is provided on the bidding page for that specific item/unit/equipment. If a bid is placed on an item/unit/equipment within 10 minutes of the auction closing time, that auction closing time will be extended to 10 minutes after the last bid. The item/unit/equipment will close once there has been a 10 minute dormant period of no bidding. Since your bid is your contract, no bid retraction is available.

A buyers premium/fee that equals a points corresponding percentage times the final bid price will automatically be debited from the winning bidder’s credit or debit card on file once the auction ends. Please take this factor into account when determining your maximum bidding budget.

Every registered user is awarded 65 Little Boy points to start. Both seller and bidder will be awarded 1 point separately for completing a transaction. 100 points is full credit. Once the automatic debit of a buyers premium/fee is complete, both the bidder and seller will receive notification emails. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. will send the bidder/buyer an e-mail notifying about the bid price the bidder/buyer needs to pay the seller, buyers premium/fee the bidder/buyer already paid Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. according to our Little Boy Points Table, as well as seller’s contact information for the bidder/buyer to pay the seller and get the item/unit/equipment the bidder/buyer won. The email sent to the seller will notify them about the amount of the final bid price they will get paid by the bidder/buyer and the bidder’s/buyer’s contact information for both parties to arrange an appointment for pickup/delivery and payment.

According to our Terms and Conditions, no listing retraction or editing is available once the auction starts. If the seller wants to back out after the auction sale, the buyers premium/fee will be returned to the bidder/buyer. The seller must be financially responsible for the refunded buyers premium/fee, all related transaction fees incurred from initiating the refunding process and other charges at Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd.’ s sole discretion. All the foregoing fees will be debited from the seller’s credit or debit card on file by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. At Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd’s sole discretion there will be a deduction of 5~10 Little Boy points and a record of a breach of the Self-Service Auction rules. The seller’s account will be suspended if the seller as many as 4 times breaches our Terms and Conditions.

Buyers premium/fee charged against Little Boy Points Table only applies to Self-Service Auction. If the automatic debit of a buyers premium/fee is not complete, the bidder/buyer will be notified by a payment reminder email. Bidder’s and seller’s personal contact information will not be exchanged until the payment is done. If the payment is not received within 48 hours, at Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd’s sole discretion there will be a deduction of 5~10 Little Boy points and a record of a breach of the Self-Service Auction rules. The buyer’s account will be suspended if the buyer as many as 4 times defaults on making timely payment, fails to pay with an expired card, etc. according to our Terms and Conditions. Since buyer’s bid is buyer’s contract, no bid retraction is available.

As a Little Boy DD Auctions registered user, it’s free of charge for you to create/publish as many auctions as you would like to on our Self-Service Auctions platform. To create/publish an auction, you need to do the following: Choose the appropriate category your item/unit/equipment falls into; Input the item/unit/equipment name; Upload the item/unit/equipment pictures; Choose the item/unit/equipment condition; Input the detailed description of the item/unit/equipment on an AS IS basis as well as the post code of the item’s location. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. will not be held accountable for any false or fraudulent item representation by sellers. Both bidders and Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. reserve the right to proceed legal action against sellers with an act of deceiving or misrepresenting; Set auction closing date and closing time. The listing duration time should not exceed 4 weeks; Can choose “Buy It Now” option; Can choose to set a reserve price. A reserve price is the minimum price you can accept. If the item/unit/equipment is unreserved, the item/unit/equipment will sell for whatever its final bid is at, regardless of the bid price. If no one bids from the beginning to the end of the auction, seller can choose to relist the item/unit/equipment. Can choose “Answer each bidder 3 questions”. So seller can answer each bidder as maximum as three questions during the auction. If seller doesn’t want to, seller doesn’t have to choose this option. But both bidder’s and seller’s personal contact information should not be exchanged during the ongoing auction. It will be provided only after the winning bidder pays a buyers premium/fee. Therefore, both buyer and seller must not share personal contact information which would be detected and shielded in the messages sent to each other during the auction process; Choose whether or not to deliver the item/unit/equipment. There are two options: Delivery or Pickup. If it’s Delivery, the seller can set the delivery fee starting from $0. The seller can set a starting bid price not lower than $3 by default in Self-Service Auctions. Attention Sellers: The post code should correspond to the item pickup location for bidders to better measure the pickup distance. Please be advised that the description of the item matches the actual item, otherwise, the bidder may refuse to make the deal. If a bid is placed on an item within 10 minutes of the auction closing time, that auction closing time will be automatically extended to 10 minutes after the last bid. The item will close once there has been a 10 minute dormant period of no bidding. No listing retraction or editing is available once the auction starts. If the seller wants to back out after the auction sale, the buyers premium/fee will be returned to the bidder/buyer. The seller must be financially responsible for the refunded buyers premium/fee, all related transaction fees incurred from initiating the refunding process and other charges at Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd.’ s sole discretion. Once the automatic debit of a buyers premium/fee is complete, Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. will send the seller an e-mail notifying that the final bid price the seller will get paid by the winning bidder and the winning bidder’s contact information for both parties to arrange an appointment for pickup/delivery and payment.

For use of our Self-Service Auctions, Attention Bidders: Bid carefully. The description of the item may differ from the actual item. Measure the pickup distance by the post code of the item location before you place a bid. If merchandise is different from the advertised product descriptions, buyer can choose not to deal. Otherwise, seller must confirm receipt of payment from buyer for completing the transaction. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. holds no liability for any communication or transaction among registered users. If you are violating our Terms and Conditions, other users’ rights, related laws or regulations, you consent to release, indemnify and hold harmless Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and its officers and staff from any and all actual or consequential claims, demands and damages.

The Terms and Conditions of Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. shall be governed under the laws of the Province of Manitoba. Consignors/Sellers agree that a dispute about the Terms and Conditions shall be litigated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Manitoba.

For all the items/units/equipment consigned to Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd., the consignors/sellers warrant that the consigned items/units/equipment are legally owned by them free and clear of lien or encumbrance; the item/unit/equipment description is genuine, truthful and accurate, including working condition, deficiencies, faults as well as all necessary details that need to be disclosed to bidders/buyers.

Consignors/Sellers consent to pay Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. all fees for services we provide to complete the auction sale. For the amount owed to us, Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. will deduct it from the sale proceeds of the consigned item/unit/equipment .

If consignors/sellers want to back out within one week before the auction sale starts, a default fee will be charged based on the percentage of the estimated market value of the consigned item/unit/equipment as determined by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. on the contract or the percentage of the reserve price specified on the contract. No retraction is allowed once the auction sale starts.

As a consignor/seller, you agree to compensate and hold harmless Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and all its staff from any claims, lawsuits, damages, charges including tax, costs, expenses resulting from violation of any law, our Terms and Conditions, as well as environmental regulations no matter it’s intentional or not; dangerous substances, leakage contamination, spills or malfunction of the consigned item/unit/equipment ; defaults in related title transfer, registration documents; deficiencies in lien/encumbrance release; incorrect use of our website.The consignor/seller shall be responsible for loss or damage to the consigned item/unit/equipment before the item is sold and removed onsite, other than loss or damage arising as a result of the negligence of Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and all its staff.

Consignors/Sellers acknowledge that if an item/unit/equipment is unreserved, the item/unit/equipment will sell for whatever its final bid is at, regardless of the bid price.

Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. can terminate the contract with consignors/sellers for any reason at any time when deemed necessary to protect the rights, safety or properties of Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and its registered users. You shall pay Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. the percentage of the estimated market value of the consigned item/unit/equipment as determined by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. in the contract or the percentage of the reserve price specified in the contract.

Consignors/Sellers agree and acknowledge that collected funds after all deductions determined in the contract from sale proceeds will be forwarded to consignors/sellers within 15 working days after the closing of auction sales by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. on the premise that the consigned item/unit/equipment has been paid in full by bidders/buyers.

Document administration fees, lien search fees and all other costs incurred are the financial responsibilities of consignors/sellers. All applicable taxes from the sale of items/unit/equipment will be collected and remitted by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd..

Consigned units may be divided into separate lots in Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd.’s sole discretion for desirable auction sale. No accountability will be held by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. as to any loss or damages incurred from such arrangements.

Consignors/Sellers consent to grant Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. authority to run the consigned vehicle or equipment for demonstration on littleboyauction.com. Consignors/Sellers can choose to resell the unsold consigned items/units/equipment without additional contract admin fee charged for relisting.

The pickup location for online auction sales could be offsite provided that consignors/sellers guarantee Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and bidders/buyers convenient access for inspecting, viewing and removal of the consigned items/units/equipment onsite during the time period specified on littleboyauction.com for that specific auction event. If consignors/sellers fail to maintain the items/units/equipment in the condition as first inspected and recorded by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. before they are picked up, reinspection will be conducted for $268. Consignors/Sellers consent to buy insurance to cover consignors/sellers themselves, Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and all its staff, agents, subcontractors or prospective bidders/buyers against third party personal injury, death or property damage claims onsite.

Consignors/Sellers consent to authorize Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. to conduct only visual inspection on consigned units at consignors’/sellers’ place. Since the visual inspection is not intended to find any hidden damage or details, Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. is not held liable for any deficiencies or faults of any item/unit/equipment regardless of the circumstances. Personal inspection is encouraged prior to bidding. If consignors/sellers fail to maintain the items/units/equipment in the visible condition as first inspected and recorded by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. before they are picked up, reinspection will be conducted for $268. If the items/units/equipment are sold to the winning bidder, but not maintained in the same condition as first inspected by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd., the transaction is subject to cancellation at Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd.’s sole discretion. A default fee—the percentage of the estimated market value of the item/unit/equipment determined by Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. in the contract or the percentage of the reserve price specified in the contract, will be charged to the default consignor/seller. All other fees incurred from the consignor’s/seller’s breach of the provision should be at the default consignor’s/seller’s own expense. A $50 document administration fee is required for title or registration documents of each item/unit/equipment.

A bill of sale and related documents if necessary for title transfer are required to provide us before Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. forwards collected funds to a consignor/seller. Please note that we don’t guarantee any proceeds from bidders/buyers. If bidders/buyers default in making timely payment, consignors/sellers at their own risk acknowledge and agree to relist or take the item/unit/equipment back off the market.

Any illegal item/unit/equipment must not be listed on the littleboyauction.com according to any related law, rule or regulation. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or delete any auction listing for any reason in its reasonable discretion at any time. No links should be included to direct bidders/buyers for any transaction outside of the littleboyauction.com.

For all the items/units/equipment consigned to Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd., consignors/sellers are held accountable for full disclosure of any liens/encumbrances, third-party interests on them. And consignors/sellers are financially responsible for all costs and fees relating to liens/encumbrances release. Consignors/Sellers consent to grant Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. authority to discharge creditor claims or pay the related expenses and subtract the amount from proceeds payable to consignors/sellers. If the proceeds are not enough to cover all related expenses for liens/encumbrances release, consignors/sellers are responsible for making up the short fall. Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. may relocate consigned items/units/equipment to a third party if they are not taken back from our place by consignors/sellers after receiving a 15-day notification. Consignors/Sellers are responsible for all related amounts due and owing to Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. and the third party. The Terms and Conditions entitles Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd. to take possession of the consigned item/unit/equipment as security for, and to sell it to recover, all sums owed to Little Boy DD Auctions Ltd.
